It took me long enough but I finally managed to get my hands on the gold version of the iPhone 5S.
Yes this is the phone I spent a rather cold night standing inline outside an Apple store to get on release day.
It is the same phone that sold out in just seconds, way before the store even opened in fact, and it still seems to be in rather short supply.
First impressions are that it is a little less gold than one might have expected but it still is the Apple smartphone that nearly everybody wants.
I am going to see exactly how it performs and I will be back to let you know how I got on.
